电镀金刚石刀具切割石材磨损实验

摘    要:目的研究数控设备各加工参数对电镀金刚石刀具磨损量的影响,确定合理的加工参数,提高加工效率.方法采用正交实验方法设计金刚石铣刀磨损实验,在数控石材机床上铣削玄武岩,金刚石铣刀采用电镀法制造,铣刀磨损量采用高精密度电子天平测量.金刚石铣刀磨损表面采用Leica MZ95体式显微镜分析.结果影响金刚石铣刀磨损量的主要加工参数为刀具主轴转速、其次是进给速度和切割深度、最后是金刚石粒度.刀具底面的磨损比侧面严重,底面金刚石主要以脱落为主,侧面金刚石磨损以冲击破碎为主.结论数控机床加工参数对电镀金刚石磨损量具有很大影响,金刚石粒度影响较小,刀具应以侧面加工为主.

Abstract:In this paper the influences of processing parameters of CNC machine on wear of electroplated diamond mill is studied in order to select optimum processing parameters and increase processing efficiency.Orthogonal experimental method is applied to design experiments of diamond mill wear.Basalt is milled on CNC stone machine with electroplated diamond mill.The diamond mill is made with electroplated method and lost mass of diamond mill is measured with high precise balance.The worn surface of diamond mill is analysed with Leica MZ95 stereo microscope.The result shows that the greatest parameters of influences on wear of diamond mill is rotational velocity of mill axel,next factor is feed speed and cutting depth,last factor is the size of diamond.The wear on bottom of mill is heavier than on side.Main worn form on bottom of mill is diamond fallen of bond and side is broken diamond.The result shows that processing parameters of CNC machine has greater influence on wear of electroplated diamond mill and size of diamond has less.The side of tool is mainly used to cutting stone.
