摘    要:近年来内弹道试验越来越复杂,弹道测试中要求大量复杂的数据处理和换算,尤其是对子弹初速度、枪膛压力两个重要参数的测试提出了更高要求,根据试验现场测试要求,文章提出并实现了基于VXI虚拟仪器总线的内弹道测试系统;该系统利用内弹道学原理,采用区截测试法、电测法分别对子弹初速度和枪膛压力进行测试分析;经过实际应用证明,该系统工作稳定可靠,操作简便,试验数据精确可靠,提高了测试数据的关联性,各项指标都达到了内弹道试验测试要求。

Abstract:The interior ballistics test requires large amount of complicated data handling since experiments of interior ballistics have got more complex for recent years. Higher requests are put forward especially on the test of important parameters to interior ballistics, initial ve locity and chamber pressure, which greatly effect weapon performance. According to field test requirements, an interior ballistics test system based on VXIbus is designed and realized. The start--end measure method and electricity measure method are used to test initial velocity of pill and chamber pressure respectively. Applications in practice indicate that it owns stably working, easy operation and relativity of rigorous data of experimentation are highly improved, and that is satisfies all needs of the interior ballistics test.
