金山店铁矿阶磨阶选工艺试验研究

摘    要:对金山店铁矿选矿厂的自磨排矿-15 mm矿石进行了阶段磨矿、阶段选别工艺试验, 结果表明, 可抛除作业产率为39.5%,含铁9.55%左右的尾矿, 提高磨机的处理能力, 节能降耗;改善了入选物料的分选性质, 有利于提高铁精矿的质量。

Abstract:A test is made of multistage grinding magnetic separation of -15 mm autogenous mill discharge of Jinshandian Mine. In the first stage, 39.5% of tailings assaying 9.55% Fe is discarded, which can increase secondary mill's capacity and reduce secondary mill's energy consumption. The improvement in separating characteristics of secondary mill feed is favorable for upgrading iron concentrate.
