干式除渣技术在1 000 MW发电机组中的应用

摘    要:对A电厂干式除渣和B电厂湿式除渣2种除炉渣系统的工作原理进行对比,分析了目前600MW以上发电机组常用的干式和湿式除渣技术,并从节能、省水、减排和提高锅炉效率等方面说明干式除渣技术在1 000MW超超临界电站锅炉中的应用而产生的良好社会和经济效益。

Abstract:By comparing the working principles of the dry slag disposal technique in Plant A and the wet one in Plant B,the dry and wet slag disposal techniques commonly used for generator sets of 600 MW and above are analyzed.The desirable social and economic benefits brought by the application of dry slag disposal technique in 1 000 MW ultra supercritical utility boilers are shown from such aspects as energy saving,water saving,pollutant reduction and boil efficiency improvement.
