阻燃聚碳酸酯的性能研究

摘    要:采用阻燃剂苯氧基四溴双酚A聚碳酸酯齐聚物和间苯二酚型磷酸酯齐聚物(RDP)对聚碳酸酯(PC)进行改性,研究了两种不同阻燃剂对PC力学、阻燃、耐热以及热稳定性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着阻燃剂含量的增加,含有RDP的阻燃PC拉伸强度、弯曲强度增加明显,但同时其冲击强度降幅较大;苯氧基四溴双酚A聚碳酸酯齐聚物的阻燃效果较为优越;RDP对PC的热变形温度有显著影响;苯氧基四溴双酚A聚碳酸酯齐聚物阻燃PC的热失重温度高于RDP阻燃PC,但其最终的残碳率却较低。

Study on Properties in the Flame Retardance of Polycarbonate

Abstract:Polycarbonate (PC) was modified with Carbonate Otigomer of Tetrabromobisphenol A and Tetraphenyl Resorcinol Diphosphate(RDP) respectively. and effects of different flame retardants on mechanical properties, flame-resistant properties, heat-resisting properties and thermal stabilities of PC were researched. The result showed that with the increase of flame retardant, tensile strength and bending strength of flame-retardancy PC containing RDP were increased obviously, but the falling range of its impact strength was larger; Carbonate Oligomer of Tetrabromobisphenol A was superior to RDP in the flame retardant effect of PC: RDP had made a remarkable contribution to heat distortion temperature of PC; Flame-retardancy PC containing Carbonate Oligomer of Tetrabromobisphenol A was higher than flame-retardancy PC containing RDP in the thermal weight loss temperature, but its contents of residual carbon in the end was lower.
