摘    要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和衣康酸为共聚单体,用具有反应活性的环氧改性羧甲基纤维素(CMC)作为高分子分散剂,以及过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水分散聚合法制备两性聚丙烯酰胺(AmPAM)水包水乳液.考察了合成AmPAM的DMC含量、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)用量、单体浓度、分散剂含量、引发剂用量、聚合温度等因素对纸张强度的影响.实验结果表明:当DMC的含量为4%,甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)的用量为0.8%,AM单体的浓度为18.0%,分散剂的含量为13.0%,引发剂的用量为0.35%,聚合温度80℃时聚合物性能较佳,纸张的环压强度和抗张拉力分别可提高38.04%和30.15%.

Abstract:Using acrylamide (AM ) ,methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) and itaconic acid as comonomers ,carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) modified with epi-chlorohydrin as dispersing agent ,ammonium persulphate (APS ) as initiator .Amphoteric polyacry lamide (AmPAM ) was synthesized via water dispersion polymerization .The effects of w(DMC) ,w(SMAS) ,w(AM) ,w(dispersing agent) ,w(APS)and polymerization tempera-ture on paper strength were investigated .The results show that the optimum condition is as follow :w(DMC)=4% ,w(SMAS)=0 .8% ,w(AM)=18 .0% ,w(dispersing agent)=13 .0% , w (APS)=0 .35% ,temperature 80 ℃ .The ring crush strength and tensile strength of paper w ere elevated by 38 .04% and 30 .15% respectively .
