| 摘 要： | 对过滤机处理能力不够、设备故障率高,以及细渣量大处理困难、能耗偏高等问题,通过不断试验与探索,实现气化细渣全部回用,不仅改善了压滤装置运行状况,也极大地提高了经济效益。

| Abstract: | The operation problems in the fine slag processing unit are the filter insufficient treatment capacity, equipment high failure rate, difficulty to handle the large quantity of fine slag, high energy consumption, etc. After many tests and exploration, all gasified fine slag are recycled successfully. Not only the pressure filtration device operation is improved, but also the economic efficiency is greatly improved. |
