电脑硬盘传动臂数控加工工艺及专用夹具设计研究

摘    要:分析了电脑硬盘传动系统中关键零件—传动臂的结构工艺性,拟定了其数控加工工艺过程,设计了适于数控加工、能够快速装夹工件的气动夹具,以此来实现加工工序集中和保证零件加工精度。实践证明:使用该专用气动夹具,不但可以保证零件加工质量,而且装夹快速方便,以此提高了装夹的自动化程度,从而保证了产品质量,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the structure characteristics of driving arm of computer hard disk and designed a pneumatic fixture through its NC machining process , by which realized process integration and machining precision . Practice has proved that this special fixture not only ensured machining quality but also realized fast and convenient clamping . Thus , production automation degree is improved , which means high product quality and efficiency .
