露天矿矿石开拓运输方案比较

摘    要:以国内某大型钨矿露天开采的矿石运输方案为例,选用费用现值法,对四种矿石开拓运输方案进行了经济比较及技术论证,以综合指标比较结果,最终认为采用汽车—破碎站—溜井—胶带运输机运输工艺既能发挥汽车运输机动灵活,适应性强,短距离运输费用较低的优点,又兼顾了胶带运输机运输能力大,单位运输费用低的优点,是更为适合的一种方案。

Comparison on Ore Development and Transportation Scheme in the Open Pit

Abstract:Taking ore transportation scheme of a domestic large-scale Tungsten Mine as an example, this paper makes an economic comparison and technical demonstration on four schemes of ore development and transportation by adopting Present Value Cost (PVC), it is finally considered by comparative result of comprehensive indicators that truck-crushing station-chute-belt conveyor process is a proper scheme which compromise the advantage of truck with flexible automotive, strong adaptability and low cost of short distance transportation and the advantage of belt conveyor with high capacity and low unit transportation cost.
