摘    要:简要介绍了HTAC技术和数值模拟方法在燃烧过程研究中的应用。针对HTAC燃烧机制的基本特征,建立了辐射传播数学模型,并运用流体力学软件FLUENT对HTAC燃烧机制下金属镁还原罐内的温度分布进行了数值模拟,研究了HTAC技术的特点,验证了其应用于炼镁生产中的优势。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the HTAC technology and numerical simulation method in the combustion process application. According to the basic characteristics of HTAC combustion mechanism, the radiation propagation mathematical model was established. Then using fluid mechanics software FLUENT to numerical simulate temperature distribution in magnesium reduction can under the HTAC combustion mechanism, researching the characteristics of HTAC technology, and the advantage of its application in the refining of magnesium in the production was verified.
