酚醛树脂覆膜砂热性能的试验研究

摘    要:测试了不同烘烤温度下覆膜砂的残留强度,利用扫描电镜观察并分析了各试样的断口形貌,测试了覆膜砂高温变形曲线.比较了耐高温性覆膜砂和易溃散性覆膜砂的性能.分析了覆膜砂在热作用下对型砂强度、断裂表面和变形的影响.

Abstract:In this paper, retained strength of coated sand baked in the variant temperature were measured, fractures of all samples by application of SEM observation were analyzed, the heat bending curve of coated sand was measured. Based on the results, the feature of high-temperature coated sand and collapse coated sand was compared. Effects of heat performance on strength?fractures and bending of coat sand were analyzed.
