摘    要:针对油田油层薄、断块小和复杂区块稠油油藏所采用的小尺寸(139.7mm)套管完井和不动管柱隔热注采开采方式无法实现不动管柱隔热注采的同时测动液面或洗井作业的问题,研制了小尺寸套管稠油热采井注采一体化配套开关装置。该装置的阀体接头设计成偏心通孔加偏心阶梯盲孔的结构形式,弹簧爪上下端爪部分别设计为外抓和内抓扣型,且在进液阀进液端设计了保护块。试验及应用情况表明,该开关装置各项技术指标均达到设计要求,实现了在不动管柱隔热注采的同时,方便地进行日常动态检测和常规洗井作业,提高了工作效率。

Development of valve device for injection-production integrated technology of heavy oil thermal recovery slim holes
Abstract:The valve device for injection-production integrated technology of heavy oil thermal recovery in slim holes is developed to make the measurement of the dynamic fluid level and the well flushing operation available without downhole operations in the process of the oil production. Furthermore, the characteristics, makeup and operating principles of the valve device are described, and the injection-production integrated technology is presented, which is applied to the small complex fault block heavy oil reservoir of the moderately deep to shallow thin beds in Henan Oilfield. The application of the valve device may make up for the deficiency of the current injection-production integrated technology for the heavy oil reservoir in Henan Oilfield.
