基于ANSYS建模桥式起重机主梁有限元分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS软件建立桥式起重机主梁结构模型,进行各种工况分析,充分考虑了能代表起重机主梁结构实际极限承载状况的多种载荷组合,对某桥式起重机主梁进行静力分析,得到桥式起重机主梁结构应以大小及分布状况,其结果为起重机主梁结构设计提供参考,还为桥式起重机承载能力可靠性的评估提供研究基础.

Abstract:The paper establishes the structure model of the main beam by using the ANSYS software,conducts analysis for various working conditions by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,gives full consideration of the multiple loading combination which can represent the actual limit loading condition of the main beam structure,carries out static analysis for a main beam,thus obtains stress and its distribution of the main beam.The result not only can provide reference for design of the main beam structure,but also can provide study basis for the carrying capacity reliability of the main beam.
