摘    要:针对采用直接切断驱动信号的方式模拟绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)开路故障的局限性,在分析三电平逆变器IGBT开路故障表现形式及其外特性的基础上,提出一种基于信号调理的故障注入方法.通过故障注入单元对注入到被测对象的正常信号进行信号调理,将含有故障信息的信号加载到原有正常信号中再注入到被测对象,实现对IGBT不同表现形式开路故障的模拟.在CRH2型高速列车牵引传动系统虚拟仿真平台上进行故障注入仿真,结果证明该方法可行且有效.

Abstract:As to the limitations of simulating open circuited fault of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) by directly cutting driving signal, by analyzing the forms and their external characteristics of open circuited fault of IGBT of three level inverter, a fault injection method is proposed on the basis of signal conditioning. The normal signals injected into the test object are modulated by fault injection unit, the original normal signals are cascaded by the signals with fault information and injected into the test object, and the different forms of open circuited fault of IGBT can be simulated. The fault injection is simulated on the virtual simulation platform of traction drive system of CRH2 high speed train. The results show that the method is teasible and effective.
