电絮凝法处理化工废水研究

摘    要:利用电絮凝法处理某企业化工废水,以铝板作为电极板,研究了不同水力停留时间、初始pH、极板间距、电流强度以及温度等单因素对处理效果的影响.在单因素实验的基础上,再进行正交试验,最后进行验证.通过实验得到结果为氨氮去除效果在水力停留时间为4小时,pH=9.0,温度为57℃,电流1A达到最佳,去除率达到36.8%.COD的去除效果在水力停留时间为4小时,pH=6.7,温度为57℃,电流1A达到最佳,去除率达到32.3%;从而有效的达到了对高氨氮、高COD化工废水的预处理效果,方便后续处理设施的有效实施.

Research on Wastewater Treatment by Using the Method of Electrocoagulation

Abstract:In this paper,the method of electrocoagulation is used to treat the chemical wastewater of a certain enterprise.Taking aluminum as the electrode plates,the influence of such factors as different hydraulic retention time,initial pH,electrode distance,current strength and temperature on the treatment effect is studied.On the basis of single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment is made and finally validated.Experimental results showed that,ammonia can remain in the wastewater for 4 hours,with pH=9.0,temperature of 57 ℃,current 1A achieving the best situation,and removal rate reaching 3 6.8%,while COD can remain in the wastewater for 4 hours,with pH=6.7,temperature of 57 ℃,current 1A achieving the best situation,and removal rate reaching 32.3% Thus,pretreatment of the chemical wastewater with high ammonia,high COD can be effectively reached,so as to facilitate the effective implementation of the follow-up treatment facilities.
