锰对高铬铸铁凝固过程和组织的影响

摘    要:研究了锰对高铬铸铁凝固过程和组织的影响。结果表明:锰降低液相线温度和共晶温度、缩小凝固温度范围;锰降低奥氏体珠光体转变温度,增加碳和铬等元素在奥氏体中的饱和溶解度,从而大大增加奥氏体的生;随锰量的增加,高铬铸铁态组织中残余奥氏体量增加,铸态硬度相应下降;但锰对高铬铸铁中的碳化物没有明显的影响。

Abstract:Effect of manganese on solidification process and microstructure of high chromium cast iron is investigated. The results show that: manganese lowers liquidus and eutectic temperature, and narrows down the temperature range of solidification; manganese reduces the transformation temperature from austenite to perlite, and increases the saturation solubility of carbon and chromium in austenite, so remarkably enhances the stability of austenite; With the increase of manganese content, the retained austenite content in as-cast microstructure of cast iron rises and the hardness in as-cast lowers; But Manganese doesn't show obvious effect on carbide.
