摩托车发动机电喷和测控系统综合设计

摘    要:在研究开发摩托车发动机电喷系统过程中,初步完成电喷系统设计后,需要进行台架实验,对摩托车发动机的运行工况进行控制并测试其各项运行参数。笔者设计了摩托车电喷系统,并将测控系统融于其中,方便了摩托车发动机台架实验,可以缩短开发周期和节约成本,系统运行良好和操作方便。

Abstract:During the research and development of electric fuel injection system(EFI) for motorcycle engine,after finishing designing EFI,bench experiment need to be performed to control operating modes of engine and to test operating parameters.In this paper,motorcycle EFI is designed,in which testing and controlling system is integrated.The design makes it convenient to perform engine bench experiment,and makes developing cycle time shortened and costs decreased.Verified by experiments,operating of system is satisfactory and manipulating is easy.
