| Abstract: | An accurate measurement method,or line-polarized light measurement mothed,is proposed for the measurement of extinction between TE 0 and TM 0 modes in LiNbO 3 single mode optical waveguide.The factors effecting measuring dynamic ranges and errors are discussed and analysed. |
