聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇的降解机理

摘    要:研究了聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇的降解,提出聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇室温会发生解拉链降解和无规断链降解。解拉链降解主要在残余聚合催化剂作用下发生,光和热对该反应具有明显催化作用。无规断链降解放出二氧化碳,同时产生具有端烯基组分的化合物。根据实验提出了抑制降解的相应方法。

Abstract:Degradation of poly(propylene carbonate) polyols (PPC) was studied. It was revealed that the degradation consists of unzipping depolymerization and random chain breaking. The unzipping depolymerization results in a cyclic byproduct, propylene carbonate, and tends to occur in the presence of the residual polymerization catalyst, if not deactivated. It may be accelerated by raising the temperature or being exposed to light. The random chain breaking is seen as molecular weight decrease, CO_2 release, and unsaturated end group formation. The PPC resin was found to keep stable when stored under dark and cool conditions.
