摘    要:介绍了一种双管正激ZVT鄄PWM电路的软开关拓扑,详细分析了该拓扑结构实现软开关的工作原理,给出了一个开关周期中各个开关模态的关键参数计算公式,利用公式推导说明了实现软开关的策略。在理论分析和计算的基础上,采用双管正激ZVT鄄PWM主电路拓扑结构,成功开发并研制了1.5kW(26V/50A)的开关电源。该电源具有体积小、效率高、可靠性高、电磁干扰小的优点。针对实测波形和理论分析波形存在的差异,文中给出了准确的说明和分析。

Abstract:This paper illustrates a new soft-switching topology of double forward ZVT-PWM converter.The soft-switching principle of this topology is analyzed.The calculation formulas of key parameters in each mode are given.The soft-switching technology is also described by formulas which are important to realize the soft-switching of switching power supply.Based on theory analyzing and calculation,a 1.5kW(26V/50A) switching power supply is developed and manufactured by using double forward ZVT-PWM main circuit topology.Thus,the power supply has the advantages of small volume, high efficiency, reliability and light EMI. The difference between practical waves and theoretical waves are exactly demonstrated and analyzed in this paper.
