润滑油加氢装置的原料优化与合理利用

摘    要:文章介绍了中国石化上海高桥分公司300 kt/a润滑油加氢装置的原料要求以及实际原料加工情况,重点讨论了在减压馏分油里掺炼含油蜡或蜡下油以进行原料优化来生产HVIⅢ类基础油产品以及合理利用燃料型加氢裂化尾油的情况。实际生产证明:高桥分公司通过对润滑油加氢装置的原料进行优化,成功生产出了高质量的HVIⅢ(4)与HVIⅢ(6)基础油产品;而通过对加氢裂化尾油的合理利用不仅进一步增产了润滑油加氢的原料,而且显著提高了基础油的质量与收率。

Abstract:The paper introduces feedstock requirements and actual processing in 300 kt/a lubricating oil hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Shanghai Gaoqiao Branch.It focuses on the studies on how to optimize the feedstock to produce HVI Group Ⅲ base oil by blending VGO with oily wax or waxy oil,and the rational utilization of hydrocracked tail oil.The industrial production shows that high-quality HVI Group Ⅲ(4) and HVI Group Ⅲ(6) base oils can be successfully produced by the optimization of the feedstock,and the feedstock variety is widened,the quality and yield of base oil are significantly improved through the rational utilization of hydrocracked tail oil.
