摘    要:在阻燃型玻璃钢复合材料结构件的制作中,不同氢氧化铝(ATH)含量对用于真空辅助树脂传递模塑技术(VAR-TM)的不饱和聚酯树脂的工艺性能、成型后材料的阻燃性能及力学性能有显著影响。本文通过测试观察不同氢氧化铝含量对树脂粘度、固化性能、浇铸体极限氧指数、纤维增强复合材料(FRP)的弯曲性能和巴柯尔硬度的影响。结果显示,当ATH添加量为35%时,树脂粘度和浸润速度都适合VARTM工艺,并且FRP有一定的阻燃、抑烟效果,同时力学性能也满足使用要求。

Abstract:During the process of making structure components of flame retardant fiberglass reinforced plastic composite materials,ATH content affects the unsaturated polyester resin using for VARTM and the performance of FRP,including processing properties,flame retardant and mechanical properties.The processing properties were characterized and investigated by testing the viscosity of resin and the curing performance.Flame retardant and mechanical properties were characterized by limiting oxygen index(LOI),bending performance and barcol hardness experiments.The results show that when the content of ATH was 35%,the viscosity of resin and the curing performance are very suitalbe to the VARTM processing.It can achieve good results on flame retardant and smaze control.The mechanical properties of FRP can also meet operating requirement.
