风电叶片复合材料固化工艺优化研究

摘    要:近年来,随着风电叶片越做越大,叶片的生产周期也随之变长。为了有效缩短叶片的生产周期,降低企业的生产成本,必须从环氧树脂固化工艺方面进行研究,在保证产品力学性能的前提下,尽可能的缩短生产周期。本文选用四组不同的工艺方法进行比较,研究结果表明,可以通过力学和热学手段来评估固化过程并通过合理的调控升温程序来缩短生产周期。

Abstract:In recent years,as the size of wind blade is becoming bigger and bigger,the production cycle becomes much longer.In order to effectively reduce the production cycle of wind blade and save the production cost,it is necessary to conduct a research on the curing process of epoxy resin for production of wind blade.The paper introduces four different curing methods which are selected to be compared with each other.The result shows that through mechanical and thermal test the curing process can be evaluated in addition the production cycle can be effectively reduced by optimizing the curing process.
