基于DCS平台的润滑油自动批量调合控制系统开发

中国石化润滑油北京分公司结合多年的润滑油调合生产经验,利用国内较为先进的DCS平台,自主开发出国内首套具有自主知识产权的自动批量调合（Automatic Batch Blender）控制系统,实现了ABB装置的自动调合及配套管线的自动清扫功能,并利用通讯手段,实现系统对罐区的动态监控与管理。目前,该系统已成功应用于公司润滑油生产实践中。

Development of Lubricant Automatic Batch Blender Control System Based on DCS

With many years of experience in lube oil production,Beijing Branch of Sinopec Lubricant Company independently developed China’ s first automatic batch blender control system with independent intellectual property right based on DCS platform,which realized automatic blending of automatic batch blender(ABB) device,automatic cleaning of the matched pigging line,and dynamical monitoring and management of the tank systems via a protocol conversion card.At present,the system has been successfully applied in lube oil production.
