油品对微点蚀现象的影响分析

摘    要:文章综述了油品对微点蚀现象的影响因素。相关文献及研究结果表明:为使油品具有较强的抗微点蚀性能,应选用合成油作为基础油。其中聚醚合成油(PAG)综合性能优良,可有效抑制微点蚀。此外,极压抗磨剂对油品微点蚀现象的影响较为复杂,这取决于其种类和含量。而摩擦改进剂可降低相互运动表面间摩擦系数,从而抑制微点蚀生产。同时油品的抗泡性、抗乳化性、高温稳定性,氧化安定性及清洁度等也对微点蚀现象有一定影响。

Abstract:Influencing factors of lubricating oil on micropitting are summarized in this paper. It is illustrated in some studies that the synthetic base oil should be chosen as the key component in the oil formulating system in order to obtain better anti -micropitting property in lubricating oil. PAG, with better comprehensive performance, can effectively reduce the occur- rence of micropitting. And the effect of EP anti -wear agent on micropitting is more complex, and this mainly depends on the sort and treat rate of that agent. The friction modifier, which reduces the friction coefficient of sliding surfaces, can in- hibit micropitting. Besides, some other properties of lubricating oil, like the anti - foam, anti - emulsification, high - temper- ature stability, oxidation stability and cleanliness level, also act roles in the inhibition of micropitting.
