变电站落地式光缆交接箱设计

摘    要:针对目前变电站光缆接头盒和余缆架安装在构架上带来的一系列问题,设计了安装在变电站构架边地面上的变电所落地式光缆交接箱。文章从光缆交接箱的外形、箱体的材料选择、防腐问题的解决、水汽凝结问题的解决、密封措施等方面进行了详细设计。对光缆交接箱的基础尺寸、安装工艺、接地等提出了具体要求。并从理论上论证了设计的光缆交接箱满足YD/T 988-2007的工作温度要求。该不锈钢双层箱体设计的落地式光缆交接箱目前已在全省推广使用,反映良好。
