| 摘 要： | 为了减少太阳能LED草坪灯控制系统的成本,降低对太阳能电池的要求,设计了一种能工作在0.8V的低压太阳能LED草坪灯驱动控制器.该电路的输出电流可以在5mA～100mA范围内调节,能够满足各种不同LED对电流的需求.控制充电回路通断的开关管集成在芯片内部,减少了外围器件,使得整个草坪灯系统只需外接一个电感、二极管、电容...
