菌 - 藻共生系统处理畜禽养殖废水的研究进展

摘    要:养殖业废水氨氮(NH4-N)、总磷(TP)和化学需氧量(COD)含量高,同时含有抗生素与重金属,处理不当会导致自然水体严重污染.传统的生物处理法往往对该类废水处理效果不佳,近年来研究发现基于菌-藻共生系统处理污废水具有较大优势,特别对一些难处理的微污染物,如:重金属和抗生素等.文章介绍了菌-藻共生系统菌与藻相互作用机制,详述了菌-藻共生系统处理畜禽养殖废水的机理及研究进展,提出了菌-藻共生系统处理畜禽养殖废水实现废水的资源化处理的优势和挑战,最后展望了菌-藻共生系统处理废水的发展前景.

Abstract:The wastewater from livestock and poultry contain high levels of ammonia nitrogen and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) along with a small quantity of antibiotics and heavy metals, and the improper treatment can result in serious pollution of natural water. The traditional biological treatment method for conducting this wastewater treatment is unsatisfactory, it is urgent to find an effective treatment method. The researchers have found that the algae-bacteria symbiosis system had significant advantages in wastewater treatment, especially for refractory pollutants such as heavy metals and antibiotics. In this review, the interaction mechanism of bacteria and algae in the bacteria-algal symbiosis system was introduced, and the research progress of the bacteria-algal symbiosis system in the treatment of aquaculture was summarized. The advantages and challenges of the bacteria-algae symbiotic system that can collect microalgae as raw materials for resource products was presented. Finally, the prospect of wastewater treatment conducted by algae-bacteria symbiosis system was put forward.
