| 摘 要： | 本文提出了靠模滚齿工艺加工鼓形齿轮的一种新方法，它的出发点是保证鼓形齿轮理论齿面上的两个对称的参考点。根据这个要求设计滚齿靠模，可做到加工出的鼓形齿面对称性较好，从而使鼓形齿联轴器具有较优良的传动性能

| Abstract: | This paper develops a new method for manufacturing crown gear on profiling hobbing machine, It is expected to cut out a flank which contacts with theoretic flank of crown gear on two reference points. Based on this demand the profiling plate is designed. The calculation results show that it is possible to get a flank whose symmetry is very nice, so the crown gear coupling possesses fine transfer performance. |
