膨胀石墨制备及其吸油性能研究

摘    要:以天然鳞片石墨为原料 ,通过改变插层剂浓H2 SO4 用量、二次氧化剂类型及用量 ,制备了一系列可膨胀石墨 ,考察了制备工艺对膨胀体积的影响 ,并与常用油品吸附剂 (脱脂棉、活性炭 )比较 ,考察其对废柴油的吸附性能 ,结果表明 :膨胀石墨吸油性能明显优于常用吸附剂 ,且膨胀体积越大 ,吸油性越好

Abstract:A series of expansible graphite were prepared by a chemical oxidation method using natural flaky graphite,sulfuric acid,nitric acid and potassium permanganate as raw materials.Effects of the dosage of inserting agent and secondary oxidant, the type of the secondary oxidant on the expand volume were investigated. Expanded graphite with representational pore structure was further used in dealing with wasted oil (diesel oil) and the sorption ability was compared with the common oil sorbent (absorbent cotton, activated carbon). The result indicated that the sorption of expanded graphite is superior to common sorbent, and the bigger the expand volume, the superior the sorption is.
