斩波式PWM调压系统在游梁式抽油机上的应用

摘    要:针对油粱式抽油机电机运行过程中功率因数和效率较低的状况,采用斩波式PWM交流调压技术研究开发了一种具有电机功率因数自调整功能的节能控制系统。通过对定子电压的寻优控制,改善电机的工作效率,节约电能,使得抽油机电机始终运行于功率因数和效率最佳的工作状态。

Abstract:The driving motor of the beam-pumping unit widely used by every oil field is usually in an ineffective status, which leads to an obvious fall of work efficiency and power factor. This paper presents a new kind of system equipment in order to improve power factor, economize energy, reduce consumption and decrease production cost. The power factor and the work efficiency will always be in the high-point,with the application of chopped mode PWM AC voltage regulating technique.
