新疆城镇的区域特征对县城总体规划的影响

本文通过对新疆昌吉州奇台县总体规划与河南洛阳市伊川县总体规划的比较研究分析,发现新疆地区在城镇空间分布、人口规模和人口空间分布等方面表现出了明显与我国中东部地区不同的区域特征。尤其是城镇化机制的差异,将直接影响县城总体规划对于人口规模预测的可靠性。因此,对新疆这种具有区域特色的城镇化进程,将中东部的规划经验应用于西部城市发展时也应关注这种区域的差异性,避免在规划中对城市发展趋势的错判。

Effect of the Regional Characteristics of Xinjiang Town to the Overall Planning of County

This paper through comparative study on the over- all planning of Xinjiung Changji Qitai County, and Henan Lu- oyang city Yichuan county overall planning analysis, finds in Xinjiang, the urban spatial distribution, population size and sp- atial distribution of the population showed regional character- istics different obviously to Eastern china. Especially the diff- erence of urbanizatiun mechanism, will directly affect the cou- nty general plan for the reliability prediction of population sc- ale. Therefore, in the process of Xinjiang urbanization with re- gional characteristics, the application of planning experience in the Middle East in West city development should also be cone- erned about the differences in this area, to avoid erroneous jud- gment of the city development trend in the planning.
