| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了现阶段我国建筑工程施工成本的内涵,对其的具体构成和特点做了详细的分析和论述。接着又深入研究了当前我国进行建筑施工成本控制的基本方法。最后,笔者结合自身多年工作研究经验,对完善我国建筑施工成本控制措施提出了改良性的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the content of China＇s bu- ilding construction cost at the present stage, to do a detailed a- nalysis and discussion on its specific composition and the cha- racteristics. Then it in-depth studies on the basic method of co- nstruction cost control of construction in china. Finally, the au- thor unifies own many years of work experience, puts forward the improved suggestions to improve China＇s construction cost control measures. |
