| 摘 要： | 本文对施工组织设计进行了介绍,分析了编制建筑工程施工组织设计的必要性,探讨了施工组织设计编制中存在的缺陷,指出了优化施工组织设计可产生降低工程造价的作用,并提出了施工组织设计的改进办法,以更好地发挥施工组织设计在工程施工中的作用。
