关于建筑工程管理有效措施研究

在我国市场经济快速发展的情况下,建筑行业的相互竞争也越来越激烈。在这样激烈的市场环境之下,建筑企业加大了对建筑工程管理的重视,从而促使了企业健康持续的发展。本文主要研究了当前我国工程管理中存在的部分问题及相应的解决措施。

Research on Effective Measures of Construction Project Management

In the rapid development of China＇s market economy, competition of the construction industry is more and more fierce. In such a competitive market environment, construction enterprises increase the construction management atention, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. This paper mainly studies the problems and corresponding measures of current engineering management in China.
