| 摘 要： | 随着我国国民经济的不断发展,人民群众生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活环境质量的要求也在逐渐提升。在提倡可持续发展的当代,秉持可持续性理念发展小城镇用地,能够有效提高城镇化标准。本文对城镇用地的发展现状、土地资源的分区、影响城镇用地规划的综合因素以及城镇用地发展的持续性等方面进行了分析。
