| 摘 要： | 应用GC-MS技术对海洋沉积物中磷脂类化合物的脂肪酸进行了分析,鉴定出70种脂肪酸,建立了磷脂类化合物中脂肪酸的GC-MS测定方法。加标脂肪酸系列化合物回收率为72.8%～91.5%。探讨了用炮脂类化合物估价海洋和河口沉积物中微生物生物量的可行性。

| Abstract: | A method has been established for analyzing fatty acids of phosphotides in marine sediment by GC-MS and seventy kinds of fatty acids have been identified.The recoveries are 72.8%～97.5% for series compounds of fatty acids added with standards. The feasibility of using phosphotides to evaluate the microbial biomass in marine and estuary sediments was investigated. |
