| Abstract: | The important effect of material on the mankind civilization is analized. The paper discusses the history,connotation and development of materials science and engineering, compared with international productive level,our country basic materials productive level still has a long way to go. Reforming ideas to train qualified personnel of materials science and engineering are put forward. |
