| 摘 要： | 在地震减灾研究中,遥感技术作为获取某些震害特征信息和基础空间信息工具而被广泛应用,但是由于在卫星成像过程中,受传统航宅摄影技术以及其它各种噪声的影响,造成遥感图像图质的退化,从而影响了后期的遥感信息的提取和处理.遥感图像增强处理,可以改善图像中某些特性的视觉效果,通过在Visual C++平台上对采集回来的图像进行直方图修正和局部方差均衡图像增强处理,结果提高了卫星遥感的显示质量,为后期地震减灾遥感信息的提取和处理奠定了一定的理论基础.
