摘    要:研究了用ICP -AES测定钒氮合金中杂质元素硅、锰、磷、铬、镍、铜、铝的方法 ,建立了最佳工作条件。试样用硝酸、盐酸和高氯酸溶解 ,应用谱线干扰校正技术和基体匹配办法消除干扰元素影响 ,克服了繁琐的样品预处理过程。方法用于钒氮合金中 7个微量元素的测定 ,相对标准偏差为 0.44 %~ 1.79% ,标准加入回收率为 93.6%~ 109.7%。

Abstract:An ICP-AES method for determining impurities such as Si,Mn,P,Cr,Ni,Cu and Al s in vanadium-nitrogen alloy is presented. The optimal working conditions are studied. The sample is dissolved with nitric acid,hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid. Interferences of coexisting elements are eliminated by correction of spectral line and matrix matching. Overelaborate procedure for the pretreatment of sample can be avoided. The method has been used for the determination of above-mentioned 7 elements in vanadium-nitrogen alloy. The relative standard deviations are 0.44%-1.79%. The recovery of standard addition is in the range of 93.6%-109.7%?
