摘    要:回顾架空输电线路外绝缘配置的发展过程,从污闪、风偏、雷击、鸟害、不明原因闪络、绝缘子老化等角度全面分析、比较现有线路外绝缘配置方式及产品。提出在防污闪涂料综合性能全面提高的前提下,发展由传统绝缘子(无机材质)与高质量防污闪涂料(有机材质)相结合的复合化玻璃(瓷)绝缘子产品,并实现工厂化、规模化生产,以有效提高线路外绝缘配置的综合质量,为特高压线路配置提供更合理的选择。

Abstract:The external insulation history of overhead transmission lines was given.Present external-insulation-selection method and external-insulation products of overhead lines were compared and analyzed.It is put forward that the composite glass or porcelain insulators combined with conventional insulators and high quality anti-contamination-flashover coating(e.g.PRTV) should be developed to improve the comprehensive quality of external insulation of lines,which can solve the problem of external-insulation-selection for UHV transmission lines.
