应用夹点技术优化多能流企业的能源利用

本文以能源的梯级利用为出发点,分析了整个企业能源优化的多个因素、并且考虑了不同季节的能源利用特点,针对某用能单位换热网络进行了夹点技术分析,确定较合理的夹点运行温度,进而得到全年的能源利用优化方案。通过对节能率计算的分析表明,优化后的方案能源利用率可提高10%～12%。对具有较多且较复杂能流的企业进行能源的合理利用,本文提供了一种理论分析方式。

Analysis for Energy Utilization in an Enterprise Based on Pinch Technology

To make full use of the present energy and to realize the cascaded use of energy,this paper analyzed many factors infecting optimization process and taken specific characteristics of different seasons into account in the context of a enterprise,and then decided a proper pinch point and got an optimal heat exchange network.By analyzing energy conversation rate,the energy use rate of optimized program can improve 10%～12%.The analysis method could make great help to enterprises alike.
