| 摘 要： | 以从莞高速东莞段施工项目管理为背景,进行了施工风险层次管理方法的研究,以解决高速公路施工项目风险管理工作繁杂、思路不清晰的问题,以重点桥梁和隧道工程为研究对象进行了危险源的辨识、评价,根据评价结果研究危险源管理办法,最终构建了施工风险层次管理体系。

| Abstract: | In the background of construction management project in Dongguan section of Cong-Guan highway,this paper made the research of hierarchical management method for the construction risk to solve the problem of complexity and random of the work.The paper uses the bridge and tunnel as the research object for identification,evaluation of resource of the hazard.According to the results of evaluation to study the management approach of hazard resource,finally build the hierarchical management system of construction risk. |
