| 摘 要： | 研究了用高氯酸标准溶液对对氨基苯甲酸正丁酯含量的非水滴定,具体方法为:精确称量对氨基苯甲酸正丁酯,用约25 mL的冰醋酸微热溶解。用配制好的高氯酸进行电位滴定,应用一阶导数法得出滴定结果。此方法容易操作,回收率在98.5%~103.9%之间。

| Abstract: | Determination of content by butyl p-aminobenzoate non aqueous titration with perchloric acid was carried out in mixed solvent of glacial acetic acid((25 mL)).The end point was determined with the first derivative method.The result was in agreement with that of potentiometric titration.This method provides easy operation and clear titration endpoint and is accurate reliable.The recovery of the method of potential titration is between percent 98.54 and 103.9. |
