| 摘 要： | 提出胜利油田库存过高的问题。给出动态批量法并从两方面对其进行改进。一是考虑折扣数;二是加入提前期和保险存量,在此基础上建立动态批量控制实用模型。通过改时增加模型实用性。给出模型应用实例。

| Abstract: | This paper pointed out the problem in inventory of Shengli Oilfield. It introduced lead time and insurance undertaker into dynamic order quantity (DOQ), on which it established a practical inventory model for controlling the dynamic batch. The paper also improved practicability of this model through altering the time. In the end, a case was studied. |
