氯氟烃分解反应催化剂的研究进展

摘    要:对有效消除氯氟烃的催化反应法(氯氟烃的加氢脱氯和催化分解)进行了评述。重点对近年来报道的用于氯氟烃加氢脱氯的负载型贵金属催化剂和用于氯氟烃催化分解的金属氧化物、SO42-促进型金属氧化物、沸石分子筛、负载型贵金属、磷酸盐等催化剂进行了总结和比较,认为磷酸盐A lPO4有望成为催化活性高、稳定性强的氯氟烃分解催化剂。

Abstract:The catalytic reactions of hydrodechlorination and catalytic decomposition of chloro-fluoro-carbons(CFCs)were reviewed.Supported noble metals catalyst for CFCs hydrodechlorination,and transition metal oxides,metal oxides promoted by SO~(2-)_4,supported noble metals,zeolite molecular sieves and phosphates for decomposition of CFCs were summarized.Among the catalysts,fluorination of transition and noble metals might lead to decrease of surface area of corresponding catalysts and therefore to their deactivation.Dealumination of zeolite molecular sieves catalysts easily took place in the presence of reactant water,HCl and HF produced during the CFCs decomposition and resulted in deactivation of catalysts.Comparatively,phosphates could avoid the fluorination from HF and was considered as a promising catalyst for catalytic decomposition of CFCs.
