| 摘 要： | 本文通过建模分析的方法，针对某厂新建的间歇式氯乙酸生产车间结晶工序使用的预热水罐，证明若将其更换为预热水槽，再对预热水槽水位进行恒值控制，可以达到降低系统耦合度，优化系统设计的目的。

| Abstract: | By means of modeling and Analysis,this article proves that if the preheating can used for the crystallization procedure of the MCA ,s interval manufacture process in a factory is replaced by a preheating tank,and if the water heigt of the preheating tank is kept constant by control,the coupling degree of the system will decline,and the control system can be optimized. |
