钢管切割与冲压成型的上下料自动化系统设计

摘    要:研究了实现钢锹生产过程中钢管的切割和冲压成型自动化而设计的一套自动上、下料机构,介绍了该系统的构成和工作原理,该系统采用PLC-人机界面的控制方式,实现上、下料的自动化,节约了人工成本,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:This paper researches on and designs a feed mechanism which is used to realize the steel pipe cutting and stamping forming automation in the steel shovel production process and introduces the system structure and working principle. PLC,man-machine interface control mode is used in this system to realize the feeding and unloading automation,save a lot of labour cost and improve the production efficiency.
