钻井柴油机缸套拆卸装置的研制

针对钻井柴油机缸套现场维修缺乏有效的配套专用工具,人工拔出缸套非常困难,现场工具存在结构隐患,施工中容易损坏发动机的相关部件而造成经济损失的问题,研制了钻井柴油机缸套拆卸装置。该装置用于现场拆卸大中型柴油机旧缸套,能明显改善现场就地维修条件,减轻工人的劳动强度,防止零部件损坏,缩短维修工作时间,提高工人操作安全系数、维修质量及工作效率,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,是理想的大中型柴油机专用维修机具。

Development of cylinder liner dismantling device for drilling diesel engine

Owing to the lack of effective accessory tool in the in-situ maintenance of cylinder liner of drilling diesel engine,the pulling out of the cylinder liner is very difficult.Therefore a kind of cylinder liner dismantling device is developed.This device is used on the spot to dismantle the old cylinder liners of large and medium-scale diesel engines.It can obviously improve the in-situ maintenance condition,reduce the labor intensity of the workers,prevent the parts from being damaged and shorten the maintenance time as well as improve the operating safety coefficient,maintenance quality and working efficiency.
