石灰石砂型的热物理性能研究

摘    要:本文指出了研究石灰石砂热物性值对研究石灰石砂型铸钢件的性能,铸造缺陷以及对型砂热物性值测定方法研究本身的重要性,并根据浇注法原理建立了铸型温度场测定系统,建立了计算石灰石砂导热系数k(T)和导温系数α(T)的数学模型,并在实验基础上进行了计算和分析,获得了初步结果。计算结果与实验数据基本一致。本文工作尚未见诸其他文献资料。

Abstract:Comparing with other sand molds,limestone-sand mold is characterized by its severe thermochemical reactions at metal/mold interface in casting process.The importance of looking through the thermal properties of limestone-sand mold is e-mphasized In various respects including casting quality,casting defects and measuring system itself.Using pouring method and singleplate microprocessor for data collection,an experimental installation has been set up and a numerical model d-eveloped for calculating the thermal conductivity k(T)and thermal diffusivity c(T)of limestone sand mold.The calculated results got from present work coincide essentially with the experimental data and this work has not been available so far in literature.
